Neuroscience
Our scientific perspective
«Before interpreting a dream, we understand how the brain makes it.»
Our team follows sleep neuroscience closely: what happens in the brain while we dream, REM sleep, memory consolidation, emotional regulation and the hypotheses about why we dream. It does not replace the cultural meaning of a dream, but it puts it in context.
Our commitment is simple and honest: to recall what scientific evidence says and where it ends, so that symbolic interpretations are read as guidance, never as a diagnosis.
